Pavilion Rental Rates and Rules 

Section 1.        Picnic Shelter Rules

  • Picnic shelter rental is $25.00 per day.

  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted at any time.

  • Party is responsible for clean-up of entire grounds before departure.

  • Do not remove any equipment from the premises.

  • Please advise the Recreation Department of any discrepancies you find before, during or after your event.

Section 2.        Rules for Reservation and Payment for County Residents

  • Reservations should be made no less than one week before desired time.

  • County residents will be required to pay $25.00 upon making a reservation. Any damages done to the property during reservation will be the responsibility of the party.

Section 3.        Rules for Reservation for Non-Residents

  • Rules of reservation are the same for non-residents as for county residents mentioned in Section 2.

  • Non-County Residents will be required to pay a fee of $50.00 and put down an additional $25.00 deposit for use of the picnic shelter. The party will be held responsible for any damages done to the property during reservation period.

Section 4.        Rental Forms

  • All parties interested in reserving the picnic shelter must fill out rental form F-2.
